Terms & Condition

Before joining in The Samyati Life Pvt. Ltd. Business please read The terms and conditions carefully.
As per govt rule KYC (know your costumer) is compulsory. Any identity card like adhar card, pan card for KYC. Necessary to provide front copy of bank passbook or cancelled cheque to get your income.
Applicable 5% TDS and 5% admin charge will be deducted from your income.
The pair income will be closed every 24 hours (starts every 12:00 am to 11:55 pm) and the rest of the income will closed the last day of the month.
The daily closing will be paid every 24 hours and month closing payment will be made on the 10th of the month.
It is mandatory to buy product worth ₹ 1000 to get repurchase income.
As per rule your joining will be free.
To activate the ID, it will be mandatory to purchase any one product.
It will be mandatory to purchase 2250+GST kit to get pair income and level income.
If you do not submit your KYC within 3 months from the date of joining, your ID will be suspended.
Your ID will be terminated if you do not make any purchases for 6 months from the date of joining.
It is mandatory to make one purchase every 1 year.
Will be 5 pairs of capping in 1 day.
Any dispute will be subject to Raj -Nandgaon Jurisdiction.
The company may modify the terms and conditions as required.
Other terms and conditions will be reserved with the company.
